Chocolate Pudding

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe when I came across it since my kids typically don't eat tofu, but we made it together and they both loved it (ages 1 & 3). My daughter keeps asking for pudding and I don't feel bad about giving her this. Of course, we still watch the portion size.
Add everything into a food processor and blend.
1 package Silken tofu - you
don't
want firm tofu (can find at any grocery store or specialty store)
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa (less if you don't want it too chocolate-y, is that possible? ha)
1/3 cup Agave nectar (more if you want it a little sweeter)
Note:
The first time we made it, we had a firmer tofu so the consistency wasn't the same as pudding (a little thicker) but it was still tasty. I did add a little more agave than the recipe called for, but I think next time I'm going to cut a little cocoa and see if that works.
I have given it to family & friends without telling them what I made it with (except that it has soy in case there are allergies I don't know about) and everyone has loved it.
Enjoy!
